Part 4 - Mandate for Influence

With every action, there is a mandate. An order to carry out that specific action. A driven mandate is a mandatory order, an order that you have to follow in order to succeed. In this week's teaching series, we will be looking at the power of the 7-fold driven mandates and each mandate in more detail.
Today's mandate is Influence. This is the core idea to indirectly affect or alter the behavior, development, or opinions of others, often without using direct force. It is mainly used to persuade and sway decisions.
Influence enables the ability to inspire action. Tonight, we'll be looking at 4 levels to that inspiration.
1. Inspire Action to Yourself
It is the ability to inspire yourself to take action.
Personal growth
Overcoming procrastination
Being more productive
If you want to have more influence in the world, it starts by you being better at influencing yourself.
2. Inspire Action to Others
This is commonly known as sales and persuasion.
Ethically guiding prospects to a decision
Psychology of what you say & how you listen
It is using your own life to influence another person to take action.
3. Effective Leadership - Small Group
How do you lead effectively?
Improves dramatically by influencing another person
Influence yourself before others
Don't cap potential because of yourself.
